What can I expect to get in my Bonus Round Box?

Each month you receive a shirt or a specialty clothing item. We partner with small shops to bring you quality, usable items. You can expect things like tools, prints, body wash, shaving cream, doozies, mugs, and more. Items are included from your favorite small business and we introduce you to new shops you'll love. We also work with illustrators to bring you one of a kind designs.

 

Can I change my shirt size for future shipments? 

For future shipments, log into your act and change your shirt size. Any size changes need to be made by the 10th of the month, or they will not be in effect till the following month.

 

How can I change my shipping address, billing info, shirt size, check my next billing date? 

You can find all this info and change it by signing into your account!

 

Do you ship Internationally? 

Yes we do! Shipping to outside the U.S costs more, as we are located in the U.S. The subscriber is responsible for all customs fee's.

 

Lost/stolen packages? 

When ship your box, you will receive a tracking number. Once your package is dropped off at USPS, it the the responsibility of the Postal Service. If you do not receive your package, please e-mail me and I will see what options we have. Unfortunately, I am unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

 

 

We bill on the 10th of every month, if you sign up within 10 days prior to the bill date, orders placed during this period will not re-bill this cycle. For example, if you sign up on June 5th, your next billing date will be July 10th. If you prepay in 3/6/12 month increments, you'll be recharged on the 10th in 3/6/12 months for another 3/6/12 month period.

 

When does my box ship?

boxes ship the 1st of every month.  You'll get an automated email  with your tracking number, but remember the tracking will not update for about 48 hours.

 

How do I cancel? 

You may cancel at any time! To cancel, log into your account and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Billing renews on the 10th of the month, if you don't want to do the following month, make sure to cancel prior to the 10th. If you cancel after the 10th, you will receive one last shipment and will no longer be billed. 

 

Can I return my box for a refund? 

Once your package has shipped, we do not offer refunds. If for any reason your package was unsatisfactory, please email me bonusroundbox@gmail.com

 

I just paid, but I need to cancel, can I get a refund? 

 You'll need to cancel then email me that you would like a refund and do not want your last shipment. You need to cancel within 24 hours of being billed for a full refund. After 24 hours, I cannot guarantee a full refund as supplies may of already been purchased for your package.

 

I have a shop/ am an illustrator  and I want to contribute!

I'm a blogger, Instastagram account owner, vlogger and I want a box to review! 

Please email bonurroundbox@gmail.com. Please include links to to all your social media, as well as your current reach numbers. If you are given a box, you'll be expected to photograph the box with care( not just a quick snapshot)and tag all the shops that contributed that month.
